Using The Service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use KeepInventory only in a lawful and responsible way. You are responsible for the inventory, sales, photos, and other content you add to your account.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or use KeepInventory in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the inventory, sales, photos, and other business data you add to KeepInventory. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that data so we can provide the service.
Canceling or letting a subscription expire does not automatically delete your data. Existing data may remain visible in a limited or view-only state, and paid features may require an active subscription.
Subscriptions, Trials, And Billing
KeepInventory offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription billing currency is based on visitor location: United States visitors may be billed in USD, while Europe and the rest of the world are billed in EUR. Prices are shown before checkout and are not exchange-rate converted. Taxes may be handled by Stripe where applicable.
First-time eligible users may receive a 7-day trial. Returning or previously canceled users may not be eligible for repeated free trials. Trial and subscription access are controlled by KeepInventory and Stripe billing records.
Cancellation And Access
You may cancel a subscription through the available billing management flow. If you cancel during a paid period, access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. After the subscription expires or is canceled, you may still be able to log in, view existing data, export supported data, and reactivate billing, but creating new inventory, importing items, adding marketplace listings, or marking items as sold may require an active subscription.
Availability And Changes
We aim to keep KeepInventory reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, provider outages, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where needed.
No Professional Advice
KeepInventory helps organize reseller inventory and profit information. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for verifying records and meeting any business, tax, platform, or legal obligations that apply to you.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepInventory and Thyme Labs are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data caused by user action or third-party services, marketplace decisions, or business outcomes resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you another right.
