Subscriptions
KeepInventory offers paid monthly and yearly subscriptions. Payments, invoices, renewals, and checkout are processed by Stripe. Billing currency is determined by visitor location for subscription pricing: United States visitors may be billed in USD, while Europe and the rest of the world are billed in EUR.
Trials
First-time eligible users may receive a 7-day trial. Trial access is intended for evaluating KeepInventory before a paid subscription begins. Returning users, previously canceled accounts, or accounts that have already used a trial may not receive another free trial.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription through the billing management flow where available. If you cancel during an active paid period, your paid access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date.
If you cannot access the billing management flow, contact info@thymelabs.nl for help with cancellation.
Access After Expiration
When a subscription expires or is canceled after the paid period ends, KeepInventory does not automatically delete your user data. You may still be able to log in, view existing inventory, sales, and profit data, access billing or reactivation flows, and export supported data. Active app usage such as creating new inventory, importing items, adding marketplace listings, or marking items as sold may require an active subscription.
Refunds
Digital SaaS access starts immediately after checkout or subscription activation. Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to the service has started. We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, for example when there is a duplicate charge, billing error, technical issue that prevented use of the service, or when a user forgot to cancel and contacts support shortly after renewal.
To request a refund review, contact info@thymelabs.nl and include the email address on your KeepInventory account and a short explanation of the issue.
Plan Changes And Reactivation
- If you resubscribe, your existing account data remains associated with your account.
- Resubscribing does not reset your inventory or create a new account by itself.
- Plan access and limits are restored according to the active subscription recorded through Stripe.
