Data We Process

We process the information needed to provide and secure KeepInventory, including:

  • Account details such as your email address and authentication information.
  • Profile and business settings, including display preferences and default inventory currency.
  • Inventory data you enter or import, such as item titles, descriptions, purchase prices, listing prices, quantities, marketplace details, photos, and notes.
  • Sales and profit records, including sale prices, fees, shipping costs, sale dates, quantities sold, and marketplace allocations.
  • Billing and subscription information needed to manage plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and checkout sessions.
  • Support messages and related contact information when you contact us.
  • Technical information such as device, browser, session, security, and log data needed to operate the service.

Why We Process Data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve KeepInventory.
  • Create and secure user accounts.
  • Store, display, import, export, and manage your inventory and sales data.
  • Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.

Where applicable, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent as legal bases for processing.

Service Providers

KeepInventory uses trusted providers to operate the app. These may include:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, and storage.
  • Stripe for payments, subscriptions, checkout, billing, invoices, and related fraud prevention.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers, including Lovable-related infrastructure where applicable.
  • Domain, DNS, and email providers where needed to operate KeepInventory and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies And Local Storage

We currently do not use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. KeepInventory may use essential cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, billing flows, and core app functionality.

Retention

We keep account, inventory, sales, settings, and billing-related records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. If a subscription is canceled or expires, user data is not automatically deleted; the account may remain available in a limited or view-only state unless the user resubscribes or requests deletion where legally available.

Inactive accounts may be reviewed and removed after a long period of inactivity, with reasonable notice by email where required or practical. You can request deletion by contacting info@thymelabs.nl.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect user data, including authenticated access, database access controls, private storage for item photos, and service-provider security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, including if you are in the EU or EEA, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
